General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between the tkwin platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member", "player"). These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh.

1.1 Definitions

• Platform: tkwin's website, mobile app, and all associated digital services.
• Account: The user's registered profile through which platform services are accessed.
• Bet / Wager: The act of placing money at risk against a specific outcome.
• Bonus: Additional credits or rewards provided by the platform.
• Wagering Requirement: The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

1.2 Changes to Terms

tkwin reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published means you have accepted the new Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to use tkwin's services:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a contract as a valid individual.
• Participating in online betting must be lawful in your place of residence.
• You must not have previously been banned from tkwin or any of its affiliated platforms.

Account Registration & Management

3.1 Opening an Account

Each user may open only one account. If an attempt is made to open multiple accounts, tkwin reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit the balance. Information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You should not share this information with anyone without authorization. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

tkwin may request documents for identity verification at any time. This may include:

• A copy of a National ID Card (NID) or passport.
• Recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.4 Closing an Account

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending transactions must be completed before closure.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are currently accepted on tkwin:

• Rocket — Mobile Banking
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

4.2 Withdrawal

The following conditions apply for withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals must be made only to a verified payment method and to the same method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.

4.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured by SSL encryption technology. tkwin will never ask for personal banking details or PIN numbers.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

In the case of suspicious or irregular transactions, tkwin reserves the right to suspend the transaction and request additional verification. We also reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities if money laundering or fraud is suspected.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳42,000 or more → maximum bonus ৳20,000 → total balance ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount (calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus amount).

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A user may receive the welcome bonus only once per device, IP address, or payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to any third party.
• tkwin reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraud is suspected.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, tkwin's decision is final.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

For a bet to be valid, it must be successfully registered in the tkwin system. Bets not registered due to a technical error will not be considered valid. To confirm whether a bet has been accepted, please review your account history.

6.2 Result Determination

The tkwin system and the data of the relevant game provider are considered final for determining the results of all games and bets. For sports betting, results are verified from internationally recognized sources.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Match fixing or any irregular betting pattern.
• Placing low-risk bets solely to cash out a bonus (bonus abuse).
• Using automated software or bots on an account.
• Gaining an advantage by using multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using another user's account.

VIP Program & Cashback

tkwin's VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Progression to a higher tier depends on regular active participation on the platform. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the relevant week. No wagering requirement applies to cashback.

Platform Liability & Limitations

8.1 Service Availability

tkwin strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times, however service may be disrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors. tkwin will not be liable in such situations.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tkwin will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or any special damages. Any financial loss arising from bets placed at the user's own discretion is entirely the user's responsibility.

8.3 Technical Errors

If an error is found in a game result due to an issue with a game provider or network, tkwin reserves the right to void the bets of the affected round and issue a refund.

8.4 Third-Party Services

The content and service quality provided by third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, etc.) are beyond tkwin's control. tkwin is not directly liable for quality-related issues with these providers' services.

Intellectual Property & Privacy

9.1 Copyright

All content on the tkwin platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — are the intellectual property of tkwin. Reproduction or distribution of any content without prior written permission is prohibited, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Account Closure & Restrictions

tkwin may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Involvement in fraud, deception, or illegal activities.
• Engaging in prohibited activities.
• An order from a court, regulatory body, or law enforcement agency.

In the event of account closure, legitimately earned balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned through the designated process, unless a case of financial fraud is involved.

11.3 Final Decision

In the event of a dispute, the decision of tkwin's management authority will be considered final and binding, unless otherwise determined through legal proceedings.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any matters arising from the use of the tkwin platform will be governed by applicable law. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to reach an amicable resolution. If no resolution is reached, the appropriate legal process will be followed.

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that online betting is legal under the laws and regulations of your area. tkwin will not be held responsible for any user's violation of the law.

Entire Agreement & Severability

These terms constitute the entire agreement between tkwin and the user and supersede all prior oral or written understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, that provision will be removed and the remaining terms will remain fully in effect.

If tkwin does not take immediate action in the event of a breach of any term, this does not mean that the right has been waived.
